Terms of service.

The plain-English deal behind every Steiner Websites plan.

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These terms cover the booking app, website and related services that Steiner Websites provides to your business. By paying through our checkout you accept them.

1. Who we are

Steiner Websites is the trading name of Nicholas Anthony Steiner, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, IČO 22602801, Chudenická 1059/30, 102 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic. Contact: nicksteinersales@gmail.com.

2. Business customers only

Our services are for businesses and self-employed professionals. By buying, you confirm you are buying for your business and not as a consumer.

3. What you get

4. Launch

After payment you complete the welcome form. We send you a preview link within 7 days of receiving your content, make your corrections, and launch when you approve it.

5. Changes

Content changes are included in every plan: text, prices, services, photos, opening hours, staff and booking rules. Email them to nicksteinersales@gmail.com and we make them within 2 business days (1 business day on Studio). New features, new pages and integrations with other software are quoted separately and only start once you approve the quote.

6. Fees and billing

The setup fee is charged once at checkout. The monthly fee is charged at checkout and then every month on the same date, in the currency shown at checkout. Prices exclude any taxes that apply to you. If a payment fails we retry it; if it is still unpaid 14 days later we may pause your app until it is paid.

Annual prepay. Pay 12 months up front for the price of 10. Email us and we switch your plan.

7. Minimum term and cancelling

The monthly plan has a 12-month minimum term from the date of checkout. After that it runs month to month and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice by email. If you cancel during the minimum term, the remaining monthly fees for that term are due. Add-ons can be cancelled any time and end at the close of the current month.

8. Buyout

After 12 months you can buy your app and website outright for a one-time fee of USD 999 or the equivalent in your billing currency. We hand over the code and help you move it to your own hosting, and the monthly plan ends.

9. Your domain, content and data

You own your domain, your content (text, photos, logo, prices) and your customer data. You give us permission to use your content to build and run your app, and you confirm you have the rights to everything you send us. If we register a domain for you, it is registered in your name. If you leave, we export your customer and booking data on request.

10. Your customers' payments

Deposits and payments from your customers go straight to your own payment account (for example your own Stripe account). We never hold your customers' money. You set your own prices, refund and cancellation rules, and you handle your own taxes towards your customers.

11. Our software and portfolio

Until a buyout, the code, design system and software behind your app stay ours and are licensed to you while your plan is active. We only show your site in our portfolio with your permission.

12. Availability

We keep your app online and backed up and fix problems as soon as we know about them. Your app runs on Cloudflare; we are not responsible for outages caused by third parties outside our control.

13. Liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Referrals

Refer a business that signs up and you get one month of your plan free once they have paid their first month.

15. Ending the service

We may end the service if you seriously breach these terms, for example by not paying or by using the app for anything illegal. Section 9 still applies after the service ends.

16. Changes to these terms

We email you at least 30 days before any change to these terms affects your plan.

17. Law

These terms are governed by Czech law. The courts of Prague, Czech Republic, decide any dispute.
